Note: Only screw the Cable Clamps onto the Cable Holder Post until the top of the post is flush with the
inside of the Cable Clamp. This will allow it to turn freely. After the plasma torch lead is installed it will
prevent the Cable Clamp from coming unscrewed from the post.
