The upper limit:
Voltage: 0.02 to 200 volts
Resistance: 20 to 2.0e8 ohms
Details
You can use this command when automatic range selection is enabled to put an upper bound on the range that
is used for resistance measurements.
The upper limit must be more than the lower limit.
If the lower limit is equal to the upper limit, automatic range setting is effectively disabled.
Example
:SENSe:RESistance:RANGe:AUTO:ULIMit 20
Set the upper limit to 20 ohms.
