2 Select the desired address type.
Touch E-Mail, HDD, or FTP to display the registered name keys on each page.
NOTE:
Scan Transmission Setting Screen (E-Mail) is provided with the GROUP
key. Touch the key to change the group name, if desired.
3 Select the name key to be changed or deleted.
Touch the @ Lower arrow key to scroll, or ? Upper arrow key to return.
To delete the address:
Touch to highlight the desired name key, then touch DELETE.
The selected key will be deleted from the screen.
To change the address:
(1) Touch to highlight the desired name key, then touch CHANGE.
The subsequent screen according to the address type will be displayed.

(2) Touch to highlight the registered item key on the left, then change the
information under that key using the alphabet keys on the screen.
(3) Touch OK on each screen to complete the setting and restore the Scan
Transmission Setting Screen.
4 Touch OK to restore the Key Operator Mode Screen.
5 If no further changes are required, touch RETURN to restore the Basic Screen
to perform copying operations.
