How to dene the duraon and sample rate for recording:
1.
Select the desired me base in the me base list eld.
a) The current seng of the me base mulplied by 10 results in the recording me.
b) As the size of the measured data memory in the inverter is limited, a compromise is usu-
ally made between sample rate and recording me.
2.Either enter the desired sample rate in [ms] in the sample rate input eld or open the "Sam-
ple rate selecon" dialog by clicking the "Sample rate" buon and select a sample rate <
1 ms.
a) The sample rate in the inverter is automacally corrected to integer mulples of 62.5 µs.
Thus, the duraon and sample rate are dened for recording and are considered when the
oscilloscope is started.
Dening the trigger condion
Based on the trigger condion, dene the starng me of recording in the inverter. The oscil-
loscope oers various trigger condions which serve to control the recording of the measured
values.
The trigger threshold can be changed in the "Value" input eld on the "Sengs" tab if the
channel is selected in "Signal source" that contains the corresponding parameter.
Seng Funcon
Signal source Selecon of the trigger source:
Channel Triggering takes place on a channel congured in the "vercal channel sengs" list
eld.
immediate trigger No trigger condion, recording takes place immediately aer the start.
Value Value, from which onwards triggering is caused.
Deceleraon Time delay of recording with regard to the trigger event.
Pre-trigger When entering a negave delay me, you can detect signals that occur before the
trig
ger event.

Triggerlevel
The trigger me is marked with a dashed line in the oscillogram.
If it is trig
gered on the occurrence of an event, values caused by the event can be
detected in this way.
Post-trigger When entering a posive delay me, you can detect signals that occur a certain me
aer the trigger event.

increasing First, the value must fall below the dened trigger value and then exceed it in order

that triggering is acvated.
