7. Remove the bushing [A] from the left end of the exit open/close pawl.
8. Remove the spring [A] from the right end of the exit open/close pawl.
9. Remove the finisher top front cover [A].
10. Remove the exit open/close pawl [A] by sliding it to the left and then lifting it.
Lift the spring plate [B] to prevent it from being obstructed by the exit roller.
