Ifthediagnosticssucceed,theerrorwastemporary.
Ifanotherdriveisnotavailable,usetheDriveHealthVerificationwizardto
testthedrive.
IfthedrivefailstheDLMdrivetest,contactSpectraLogicTechnical
Support.
IfthedrivepassestheDLMdrivetest,retrytheoperationtodetermine
whethertheerrorwastemporary.Iftheoperationfailsagain,discardthe
cartridge.
ProblemswithOneorMoreCartridgeswithUnknownVolumeSerial

Iftheproblemoccurswithmultiplecartridgesorifyoudonotknowthe
cartridge’svolumeserialnumber,usetheDriveHealthVerificationwizardto
testthedrive(see

IfthedrivefailstheDLMdrivetest,contactSpectraLogicTechnicalSupport
