Cisco CallManager is ready to handle calls for the indicated SIP device. This alarm does not indicate the
current state of the SIP device, only that Cisco CallManager is prepared to handle calls to or from the
SIP device.

three times within a 10 minute period due to script execution errors; on
the fourth occurrence of this error, Cisco Unified CM disabled the
script.
