9.3 Replace the suction / pressure valve and metering cartridge

1 O-ring, hose connection, pressure side
2 Pressure valve
3 O-ring: Pump head pressure valve
4 V3 metering cartridge
5 O-ring: Pump head suction valve
6 Suction valve
7 O-ring, hose connection, suction-side
1. Remove suction and pressure valve using an open spanner
.
2. Mount all O-rings.
3. Fit metering cartridges (for pump head with 5 l/h)
(valve model V3)
4. Screw in the new suction and pressure valves in the correct position (tightening
torque of 2-3 Nm).
