MATURITY LOCK The smart card refuses to return CWs due
to Maturity Lock. The Maturity level of the
smart card is less than that of the
programme being descrambled.
Descrambling not possible until user
changes the Maturity Level of the
smart card to at least match that of the
selected service. Or, sends the CA PIN
to override the Maturity Lock.
