3.13.4.6 Configuration
Down-conversion and up-conversion is controlled primarily through the use of the
Video Output Mode control. However, if the Video Output Mode is set to AUTO,
down-conversion is also be controlled using the SDI/ASI Output One, Output Two
and Output Three controls that can be set to SD-SDI, HD-SDI or AUTO (3G-SDI
and ASI are other possible options but not used for any conversion). Up-conversion
cannot be controlled using this AUTO option.
Supporting up to three SDI/ASI Output ports, these can be individually set to either
SD-SDI or HD-SDI to allow simultaneous screen formats from the RX8000 as
described above.
Where conversion licenses have not been enabled, some features may not be
available.
3.13.4.6.1 Up/Down Conversion Parameters
The RX8000 provides control over down-conversion, up-conversion and aspect ratio
conversion through the Decode > Advanced page.
