3.17.2.5 Functional Description
The RX8000 provides the ability to insert Teletext data from a data stream into the
VBI area of the output video for decode and display by down-stream equipment
such as a standard television. The RX8000 does not have the ability to decode and
generate on-screen Teletext to the output video with the exception of some Teletext
subtitle data (explained later).
