3.13.5.5 Functional Description
The RX8000 provides the means to control the delay through the unit in order to
adjust or minimize the end-to-end delay of a system. It is sometimes desired to
reduce the delay to achieve a minimal end-to-end system delay. Increasing the
delay may be required if the video or audio buffers are continually under-flowing and
break-up is experienced on the output.
