Using the Equipment
• Transcode - Details – This button enables you to display the details of the
selected service (see right-hand side of screen). The service is highlighted to
indicate which service the details box applies to.
• Status - Video – This displays the status of the video for the selected service
(green is good, red is bad).

Other status value available are Decode Error (input decode has failed),
Transcode Error (the encoded video is not being output), Unlicensed (unit does
not have the correct licenses for the requested transcode).
• Status –Audio 1-4 – This displays the status of the audio for the selected
service (green is good, red is bad). For pass thru audio there is no extra status
information. However, for transcoded audios there is extra information available.
