• RTO ALPHA - A constant used to estimate round-trip time.
• RTO BETA - A constant used to estimate retransmission time-out.
• VALID COOKIE LIFE - Lifetime of a cookie.
• HB INTRVL - Interval between transmitted heartbeat messages.
• BURST SIZE - A constant used to calculate how many bytes the
sender is allowed to transmit.
• DELAY ACK TMR - This timer specifies how long the SCTP
will wait before generating an SCTP packet specifically for a
Selective Acknowledgement (SACK) chunk.
• FAST RETRANS CNT - Number of successive SACKs received
before retransmitting a packet.
