Purpose
This procedure provides an analysis of an SCTP near endpoint change
report when an SCTP endpoint autonomously transitions from one
state to another.
When to use
Use this procedure when an SCTP endpoint change report is
generated.

Messages Manual, 235-600-750, for additional information.
Admonishments
State transitions associated with manual removals or restorals of an
endpoint are not included.
Before you begin
Required Tools
• Use of the Master Control Center (MCC) or Supplementary
Trunk Line Workstation (STLWS).
Required Material
• The switch must be running a 5E16.2 FR3 software release or
later with the SIP for Packet Trunking feature software.
