Purpose
The MH Pipe view (RC/V 17.20) is used to define a Message Handler
(MH) pipe assignment for Quad-Link Packet Switch (QLPS). The MH
pipe is the path from a QLPS to a MH.
When to use
Use this procedure to define a MH pipe when a SM-2000 exists.
NOTE: This step is not needed for DRM/VCDX..
