• #HUNT TYPE - 2WF
• #CONTROL TYPE - CANCEL
• One of the following:
- ASSOC SET NAME - Association set name, or
- UDP PATH - UDP path number.
• SIP-T GSM - GSM Number
• SIP-T PARM SET NAME - SIP parameter set name
