When both ends have their ODDs in synch as to the IP addresses of
the SCTP endpoint, type and enter:
RST:SCTP,NEAREPT;
Result:
Establishes all the associations that were not individually
CLOSED MAN prior to this procedure.
Then type and enter:
OP:STATUS,SCTP,NEAREPT,DETAIL; to
verify that the associations were established.
At this point, any stable calls that survived may be able to
signal to the far end again.
