SIPT. At the MCC or TLWS type and enter the command:
OP:OFR:FORM=5828;
Result:
OP OFR FORM=5828 PF is printed followed by a printout
of the QGCON/5828 office records.
Make a note of the GQPH pipes that have SIP-T service.

Deactivate each GQPH pipe identified as having SIP-T service in step
1.
RMV:GQPHPIPE=a-b-c-d-e,ucl;
Result:
The RMV GQPHPIPE report is printed and the GQPH pipe
is deactivated.
