4. Press DIAGNOSTIC button (D) on monitor—dlA appears on monitor.
5. Press UP button (A) until EO1 appears on monitor—this is the header adjustment.
6. Press ENTER button (C).
7. Press UP (A) or DOWN button (B) until 24 is displayed on the top portion of the monitor—this is the voltage reading
for the sensor.
8. Ensure the header float is unlocked.
DANGER
Ensure that all bystanders have cleared the area.
9. Start the engine, and fully lower the feeder house to the ground. The adapter should be completely separated from
the header.
NOTE:
You may need to hold the HEADER DOWN switch for a few seconds to ensure the feeder house is fully lowered.
10. Check the sensor reading on the monitor. It should be at or above 0.7 V.
11. Raise the header so it is just off the ground, and recheck the sensor reading.
12. Raise the header so it is just off the ground and check the sensor reading again. It should be below 4.3 V.
13. If the sensor voltage is not within the low and high limits (0.5 –4.3 V), or if the range between the low and high limits is
less than 3.0 V, you need to make adjustments according to 4.4.2 Adjusting Voltage Limits, page 137.
