Remote Management Function
This server supports to monitor internal hardware such as temperature, power voltage, cooling
fan, power, etc. and the function to create system event log (SEL) and reporting function of
hardware failure by using the system management LSI mounted as a standard inside the server.
It is possible to manage the server from a remote location with Web browser via system
management LSI by connecting management LAN to network. Using the remote device function
enables to operate keyboard, video and mouse (KVM) of the server from a remote location and
to access to CD, DVD-ROM/ISO image/Floppy Drive of the remote location from the server.
NOTE:
Errors of 10 and a few percent may be observed in measurement
values of temperature/power voltage/fan/power depending on the
operating environment.
