2 Power Control
You can perform power control of the host system by the following operations.
 Power ON
 Forced Power OFF(Power OFF immediate)
 OS Shutdown(Soft Shutdown)
 Hard Reset
 Force Dump
 Power Cycle
IMPORTANT:
 If operating system is already running, these operation may
cause the loss of data in the host system.
NOTE:
 The user must have an account which has the operator or
administrator privilege level to do these operations.
IMPORTANT:
Followings are about parameters used in operation image.
 To run power management service for the Server1, please
specify the IP Address of Server Web Console(Server1) to the
“IP_ADDRESS”, and specify user account and password for
login to server web console to the “USERNAME/PASSWORD”.
As for user account and password, see “2.6 User Management”
in the web console section.
