3. System Setup
When the hardware setup such as installation of optional products or BIOS setting is completed,
proceed to set the hard disk drive partition, set the RAID system, and install the OS and the
management software.

In the server, setup from not-yet-installed state and re-setup are supported by the following OS
(Windows).
- Windows Server® 2008 Enterprise x64 Edition
(Hereinafter called “Windows Server 2008”)
- Windows Server® 2008 Datacenter x64 Edition
(Hereinafter called “Windows Server 2008”)
- Windows Server® 2008 R2 Enterprise
(Hereinafter called “Windows Server 2008 R2”）
- Windows Server® 2008 R2 Datacenter
(Hereinafter called “Windows Server 2008 R2”)
Setup from not-yet-installed state and re-setup differs depending on the OS to be installed.
Refer to the online document "Installation Guide(Windows)" included in the attached
"EXPRESSBUILDER" to perform setup manually.
