Collecting Configuration Information
This section describes how to collect information on hardware configuration and internal setting
of the server.
Use Diagnostic Program for log collection.
1. Select “Setting” from the start menu and click “Control Panel”.
“Control Panel” dialog box is displayed.
2. Double click “Administrative Tools,” and double click “Computer Management” icon.
“Computer Management” dialog box is displayed.
3. Go to “System Tools” and click “System Information”.
4. Click “Save As System Information File…” command in Operation Menu.
5. Enter a name of file to be saved in “FileName” box.
6. Click “Save.”
IMPORTANT:
When STOP error, system error or system stall occurs, reboot the
server before starting the log collection.
