NEC PRODUCT INFO COLLECTION UTILITY
(for Linux)
The NEC Product Info Collection Utility is used to collect various system configuration and log
information for maintenance or troubleshooting purpose of the server.
Installation
You can install this utility according to the following procedure.
1. Insert EXPRESSBUILDER DVD in the optical disk drive after OS starts.
2. Copy it onto an arbitrary directory in which it wants to install installation image (ezclct.tar.gz)
and installer (ezclct_inst.sh) of this utility.
There is an installation image and installer of this utility in the following directories of
EXPRESSBUILDER.
/BBB/lnx/pp/ezclct
The part of BBB is BBB of the medium number (6.AA-BBB.CC) of EXPRESSBUILDER
Ex) For medium number 6.80-001.03: /001/lnx/pp/ezclct
3. The installation of the execution of the shell of the installer from the console begins.
Please complete the installation work according to the message of the installer at the following.
When this utility is newly installed, the ezclct directory is made under the current directory, and it
is installed there. When this utility is updated, it is installed in an existing installation directory.
