LED Description
The following shows LED display and its description of the server.
EXPRESSSCOPE®
Monitor LED
(1) System Power LED
(2) System Status LED (
refer to the next page in addition to the following table for details).
(3) ID LED
This is used to check the position of the server, and can light the LED on/off by using the ID
button of EXPRESSSCOPE® Monitor, the ID button of management module on the rear of
the server, or Web Console as a console.
For example, the position of a server can be confirmed by lighting the ID LED of the target
server to be operated or maintained when multiple servers are installed.
Be sure to turn the LED off when there is no need to confirm the position.
There is also an ID LED operated in the same way on the management module on the rear
of the server.
The following table describes LED status and its description.
Display LED Status Description
Off
DC Off (turn off DC in all Partitions
(1)
Lighting in green DC On (turn On DC in one or more Partitions)
Off System stopped
Lighting in green System running (normal operation)
(2)
Lighting in amber Fatal error/failure
Off Normal operation
(3) ID
Lighting in blue Lights when checking the position of the server.
