A1080a-D Model
A1080a-D model is configured with two servers that can mount up to four processors per server.
The memory configuration is from 4GB (2GB x 2) for the minimum to 1TB (16GB x 64) for the
maximum on both Server 1 and Server 2.
At least two processor memory modules are required for A1080a-D model.
A1080a-D model aims to improve performance by reducing the QPI (Quick Path Interconnect)
connection of lower number processor memory modules #1, #2, #3 and #4 and higher number
processor memory modules #5, #6, #7 and #8 in the server of A1080a-E model described in the
next page, and by increasing the QPI connection instead. The following configuration is available
for this model.
Each server of A1080a-D model is called Server 1 and Server 2.
This model is configured with two servers having up to four processors.
