Mounting/Unmounting the server to/from Rack
Mount the server to a rack (the unmounting procedure is also described).
If you purchased internal optional products sold separately, mount it before mounting the server
to a rack.
CAUTION
Observe the following instructions to use the server safely. There are risks
of fire, personal injury, or property damage. Refer to descriptions after
page iii for details.
● Ensure to use a lifter to lift the server and support the bottom of
the server firmly to install or relocate it. If there is no lifter,
carrying the server by less than 4 persons may cause backache.
● Do not install the server in other than the location specified.
● Do not get your fingers caught.
● Do not unmount the server when the rack is unstable.
Pull out the stabilizer installed at the front bottom of the rack.
● Do not mount the server while leaving the cover removed.
