pm: Partition ID(0-1)
・ Description
Do the network login (TELNET) to the management board of the specified Partition ID.
After the login authentication, the operator can start up SMASH-CLP of the other
management board. The number of Partition ID,”0” or “1”, means “Server1” or “Server2”.
