Key Bind
The key bind , keyboard shortcut on the SOL console, listed below are available.
Key Function
<CTRL+e>cf Grab the authority to operate the key
<CTRL+e>af Send a break signal
<CTRL+b> Return to SMASH-CLP from OS console

After the command is executed, the information for the SOL setting is displayed. And the SOL
Is available.
To terminate the SOL connection, input “CTRL+B”.

HINT:
• ”CTRL + B” rather than CTRL + C is used for terminating the
SOL connection. Take care if vi is used
Three SOL connections are able to be open at the same time.
If new connection is opened, then the new one is closed
automatically
• Sending "Break signal" is available when calling Magic
SysRqfunction of Linux.
• To input <CTRL+e>cf, type “e” while typing CTRL key and
then release the CTRL key. Then type “c” and “f”.
IMPORTANT:
• Please use the “sol” user for the first login. When the user is not
used, the second login authentication is skipped.
