Fatal of the following contents may be logged to the system event log when restoring by
Windows Server Backup and restarting the system.
Event ID: 41
Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power
Type: Fatal
Description: The system has restarted before shutting down the system normally.
This error may occur because of stopping the system response, the system crush or
the unexpected power off.

System time lags.
→ System time may lag if no server to adjust time such as NTP (Network Time Protocol) is used. Use
an NTP server or disable Windows Time Service in this case.
STOP error occurs.
→ Blue screen appears and OS dump begins. The collected OS dump is expected to be
analyzed by a person in charge of the software.
The server is rebooted after collecting the dump. Collect the event log of Windows and ask for
analysis in addition to the dump analysis.
