Starting setting to stop
Stop setting is completed
Write 1 to the ST0n bit of the target channel.
(SE0n = 0 : to operation stop status)
The master transmission is stopped.
Go to the next processing.
Set the SOE0n bit to 0 and stop the output of
the target channel.

The levels of the serial clock (CKO0n) and
serial data (SO0n) on the target channel can be
changed if necessitated by an emergency.
