Returns the average, current, minimum, and maximum modulation results of the multi-
evaluation measurement. Use these commands to retrieve the values in the "Statistics"
table of the detailed views column by column.
It is also possible to retrieve only a part of these results using dedicated commands. A
reference to the description of the corresponding commands and returned values is
given below.
