2.11 Emergency Stop
If any accident or hazardous situation arises during the operation of the robot, press the Emergency Stop switch to
stop all the movements immediately. Once the robot stops all its actions, users must ensure that all the risks are
eliminated before restarting the robot manually. The Emergency Stop Switch is only used in critical conditions. The
Emergency Stop Switch will disconnect the power supply of the robot, pillar and activate the brakes once the robot
motion ceases. The indication light ring of the robot will not flash, and the three lights from the robot stick will blink
constantly. In normal operations, simply press the Stop Button.
2.12 3-Position Enabling Device
The enabling device must be continuously held in the center-enabled position in manual mode to permit motion of
the robot system, it actives a protective stop (category 2 stop) to stop all motion of the robot system when the
enabling device is fully released or fully compressed. When the robot system is in Auto Reset, the enabling device
has no effect.
NOTE:
Before using the enabling device, users must select the enabling device in the safety setting
page.
2.13 Movement without Drive Power
Robot without Drive Power could be found in three circumstances: Emergency stop, when disengaging packaging
posture to initial booting, and power loss. The first two could enter Safe Startup Mode by means of releasing the
Emergency Switch; the latter one is when robot loses external power. Regarding how to operate as well as safety
precautions refer and abide by the relevant chapters for safety.

WARNING:
1. Due to gravity, additional supports are recommended when manually releasing the brake.
2. When manually moving each robot joint, the movement angle must be within a range of +/-
45
.
2.14 Labels
The following safety labels are attached to the locations where specific hazards may occur. Be sure to comply with
description and warnings of the labels when operating to avoid accidents. Do not tear, damage, or remove the
labels. Be very careful if you need to handle the parts where the labels are attached.
