16. Set Lock Mass Threshold (mV) to 10.
Rationale: If the lock-mass intensity falls below the threshold value you
specify, the instrument does not apply the threshold for correction until
the intensity recovers.
17. Set Max step size (pw) to 0.02.
18. Select Use fast lock-on.
19. Click OK.
To save the experiment file
1. In the MS method editor, click File > Save As.
2. In the Save As dialog box, save the file as VSIR Experiment.exp.
