Waters Autospec Premier - Automatic Quantification of the Sample List

Starting data acquisition 4-9
To start data acquisition:
1. Create a sample list in the MassLynx window.
2. Click .
Alternative: Click Run > Start.
3. In the Start Sample List Run dialog box, enter the appropriate
parameters.
4. Click OK.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 as required.
Result: Sample lists are added to a queue and run sequentially unless
you select Priority or Night Time Process.
Automatic quantification of the Sample List
You can use the Quantify Samples dialog box for automatic processing of data
files following acquisition. To do so, in the Start Sample List Run dialog box,
select Auto Quantify Samples.
Alternative: On the MassLynx Quantify shortcut bar, click Process Samples.
