To save a function list to a new MassLynx experiment file
1. In the MS method editor, click Click File > Save As.
2. In the Save As dialog box, enter a new file name, or select an existing file
from the displayed list.
3. Click Save.
To print a report of the current MassLynx experiment file
In the MS method editor, click .
Alternative: Click File > Print.
To display the properties of the current MassLynx experiment file
In the MS method editor, click File > Properties.
Note: This option is valid only when MassLynx Security is installed. See the
MassLynx Security User’s Guide for details.
Editing the function list
To add a new function to the list
1. In the MS method editor toolbar, click the required function button.
Alternative: In the Functions menu, click the required function.
2. In the function editor, make the required changes to the parameters.
3. Click OK.
To edit an existing function in the list
1. Click on the function and then click .
Alternative: Double-click on the function.
2. In the function editor, make the required changes to the parameters.
3. Click OK.
