Vacuum connections
Three vacuum connections are provided, for the Analyzer, Source, and Inlet 1
fore pumps.
Warning: To avoid toxic vapors, a suitable exhaust line must be fitted
to the fore pumps. If the exhaust is not correctly filtered,
environmental damage can occur.
Caution: Ensure that each rotary fore pump contains oil and has been
gas-ballasted before pumping.
