The Vacuum tab
Use the Vacuum tab to perform these tests:
• Switch the ion gauges on and off, and observe their current states.
• Open and close the isolation valves, and observe their current states.

Control Description
Ion Gauges:
Source Switches on the source ion gauge.
Analyser Switches on the analyzer1 or analyzer2 ion gauge,
depending on the option currently selected in the
Vacuum Control dialog box.
Isolation Valves:
Source Opens the source isolation valve.
Analyser Opens the analyzer isolation valve.
