To perform an experiment calibration
Click Options > Experiment Calibration. In the Experiment Calibration dialog
box you can perform an experiment calibration for use with Voltage SIR and
MRM experiments.
The experiment calibration procedure creates a calibration experiment file,
which is derived from the experiment file being calibrated and a specified
reference file. The result is an SIR calibration file (.sircal), which is associated
with the original experiment file name.
See “Calibrating the instrument for SIR experiments” on page 5-2 for an
example of how to perform an experiment calibration.
Source Slit Sets the source slit width.
Collector Slit Sets the collector slit width.

Side and Right Side of the source slit.
