This appendix describes the MassLynx Tune window.
Note: For the highest mass accuracy, tune and calibrate the instrument
using a suitable reference compound before acquiring sample data (see
Chapter 2 and Chapter 5).
Opening the MassLynx Tune window
On the MassLynx window Instrument shortcut bar click the MS Tune icon to
open the Tune window. The following figure summarizes the Tune window
layout.
