5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for the second source heater.
To remove the accelerating voltage lead
1. Remove the screw and washer securing the accelerating voltage lead to
the ion block.
2. Remove the accelerating voltage lead from the ion block.
To remove the source magnets
1. Use a 1.5-mm hexagonal wrench to remove the set screw securing the
first magnet to the ion block.
2. Remove the stainless steel cap from the inner end of the magnet.
3. Remove the magnet from the ion block.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for the second magnet.
