To clean the repeller
1. Using 12-
mµ lapping paper laid on a flat surface, and using a
“figure-eight” motion”, rub the repeller flat surface until it is free of
visible ion burn.
2. Using 9-
mµ lapping paper laid on a flat surface, and using a
“figure-eight” motion”, polish the repeller flat surface.
To clean the repeller contact
Using 9-
mµ lapping paper, clean all the repeller contact surfaces.
