11. Withdraw the inner source chamber assembly from the source as
described on page 7-10.
12. Lift the viewing port glass plate from the top of the source housing. See
the figure “Source housing” on page 7-6.
13. Loosen the outer source locating screw.
14. Move and hold the peg to the left-hand side.
