To open an existing resolution check setup file
1. Click File > Open.
2. Enter the required experiment file name, or select an existing file from
the displayed list.
3. Click OK.
To save the current resolution check setup file
Click File > Save.
To save the current resolution check setup file to a new file name:
1. In the Resolution Checker dialog box, click Click File > Save As.
2. Enter a new file name, or select an existing file from the displayed list.
3. Click Save.
To verify VSIR experimental resolution
1. In the MassLynx sample list, in the Process column, select Resolution
Check.
2. In the Process Options column, enter the full path and file name of the
resolution check setup file, for example,
c:\masslynx\autospec\resolution.dat.
3. In the MassLynx Tune window, click Options > Resolution Checker.
All Masses Specifies that the resolution check is performed on all
the masses in the VSIR function mass range.
High and Low
Masses
Specifies that the resolution check is performed on
only the highest and lowest masses in the VSIR
function mass range.
Print Resolution
Check
Prints a report on completion of the resolution check.
Use Function
One Only
Specifies that the resolution check is performed only
on the first function of the experiment.
