1. In the MS method editor, click .
Alternative: Click Functions > B

/E Scan.
2. In the B
2
/E Scan function editor, enter the required parameters.
3. Click OK.
Pre-Acquisition
Calibration File
Enter a pre-acquisition calibration file name and
path in the text box, or click Browse.
This file is used to calibrate the scan of ESA1 and
ESA2 performed by the B
2
/E scan. You must create
it on standard Magnet Scan data, over exactly the
same magnet mass range and scan time as the B
2
/E
scan.
