USB Memory Full/USB Memory Write Error
A memory full error or USB memory write error occurred during a scan job.
Applicable Error
• 026-720: USB Memory Full
• 026-721: USB Memory Write Error
Initial Actions
• Check that the USB Cable connected to the printer and the PC is securely
connected.
• Cycle printer power.
• If the problem persists, use the following procedure.
5 Disconnect the MCU Board P/J12.
