Error Messages and Codes
Scan Communication Fail
A communication error occurred during a scan job.
Applicable Error
• 026-750: Scan Communication Fail
• 026-751: Scan Communication Fail
• 026-752: Scan Communication Fail
Initial Actions
• Check that the USB Cable connected to the printer and the PC is securely
connected.
• Cycle printer power.
• If the problem persists, use the following procedure.
