5. To change the time, use the + and – buttons.
The available time range is 1–60 minutes.
6. To save changes, select Apply.
7. Close the System tab, then return to the PredictPrint Media Manager main window.
8. To exit the administrator mode, click User: Administrator, then click Log Out.
Tray Stock Properties Window Timeout
From the System tab, the Administrator can enable or disable the Tray Stock Properties Window
Timeout option. Use the Tray Stock Properties Window Timeout to specify whether the tray
properties window closes automatically if no changes were made to it.
1. From the PredictPrint Media Manager screen, click Login, then log in as the Administrator.
2. Click Administration.
3. From the Administration screen, select the System tab.
4. To enable or disable Tray Stock Properties Window Timeout, click the On/Off toggle button.
The toggle button changes color, and a label indicates whether the Tray Stock Properties Window
Timeout is On or Off.
5. Select the needed Tray Stock Properties window timeout period. To change the time, use the +
and – buttons.
The available time range is 1–240 minutes. When a timeout period from 1–240 minutes is set,
you do not need to close the window manually. When the preset time is reached, the window
closes automatically.
6. To save changes, select Apply.
7. Close the System tab, then return to the PredictPrint Media Manager main window.
8. To exit the administrator mode, click User: Administrator, then click Log Out.
Restrict Operator Stock Library Access
Specify how the Stock Library feature is displayed on the PredictPrint Media Manager main
window:
Note: By default, the Stock Library feature is displayed on the PredictPrint Media Manager
screen. If the Stock Library feature is always displayed, both the Operator and the
Administrator can access the Stock Library at all times.
• The administrator can restrict the Operator from accessing the Stock Library feature.
• If the Stock Library feature is restricted, it is available to the Administrator only.
1. From the PredictPrint Media Manager screen, click Login, then log in as the Administrator.
2. Click Administration.
3. From the Administration screen, select the System tab.
4. To enable or disable Restrict Operator Stock Library Access, click the On/Off toggle button.
The toggle button changes color, and a label indicates whether the Restrict Operator Stock
Library Access feature is On or Off.
5. To save changes, click Apply.
6. Close the System tab, then return to the PredictPrint Media Manager main window.
