6. To save and close the Stock Properties window, click OK.
The stock is added to the bottom of the Stock Library List.
7. To move the stock within the Stock Library list, click the Move Up and Move Down icons.
Creating a New Stock from the Stock Library Feature
Note: The option to create and save a new stock using the Stock Library is needed only when
you have disabled the Stock Wizard.
1. From the PredictPrint Media Manager main window, click Stock Library.
The Stock Library window appears.
2. Click Create New.
The New Stock Setup window appears.
3. Type a new stock name and modify the attributes as required.
4. Click Advanced Setup. The Advanced Stock Setup window appears.
a. Select the various Advanced Stock Setup options as required. Refer to Advanced Stock Setup
Options.
b. To save the changes, click OK, then close the Advanced Stock Setup window.
5. To save and close the New Stock Setup window, click OK.
The stock is added to the bottom of the Stock Library List.

Creating a New Stock from Tray Properties
Note: The option to create and save a new stock using the Stock Library is needed only when
you have disabled the Stock Wizard.
1. From the PredictPrint Media Manager on the print server, select the tray where the new stock is
loaded.
The Tray Stock Properties window for that tray appears.
2. Click Create New Stock.
The New Stock Setup window appears.
3. Type a new stock name and modify the attributes as required.
4. Click Advanced Setup. The Advanced Stock Setup window appears.
a. Select the various Advanced Stock Setup options as required. Refer to Advanced Stock Setup
Options.
b. To save the changes, click OK, then close the Advanced Stock Setup window.
5. The stock is either a temporary stock or a permanent stock in the Stock Library:
• To make the stock a temporary stock, ensure that the Save In Stock Library check box is not
selected.
• To permanently save the stock to the Stock Library, ensure that the Save In Stock Library
check box is selected.
6. To save and close the New Stock Setup window, click OK.
